Keiichi Kuboe

Pastor Keiichi Kuboe was born in Fukuoka Pref., Kyushu.　In 1990, he came to Okinawa to have a training at Youth With A Mission and then went to Tokyo to help churches. He has a wonderful wife Jiyun, and 3 children Makito, Shion and Aika.

In May, 2004, when his father, who was a pastor as well, passed away, Keiichi caught a calling to be a pastor and spread the love of God to the world. He was trained at New Hope Tokyo as an intern for 4 years, and graduated from  Pacific Rim Japan Bible Institute.

Now he and his team are preparing for the official opening of New Hope Okinawa, as sharing the vision to reach out to people in Okinawa so that the people reached out can be the light of the world.

I cannot to this by myself. Without helping each other as using God's given unique gifts, it's very hard. "Doing Church As a Team!" - Okinawan people naturally have a sense of unity in their hearts. I hope that they will meet Jesus and God will work through their life and hearts...
